key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for scheduling trucks, booking warehouse deliveries and arranging deliveries based on arrivals;
2.Handle the confirmation of accounts receivable and payable reconciliation in respect of the operations under his/her responsibility;
3.Handle abnormal situations encountered during delivery and provide timely feedback on logistics progress to customers
Qualifications:
1.Associate degree or above, French or English preferred, fresh graduates accepted, one-on-one mentoring available.Experience in building operational processes from scratch is preferred.
2.Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, and a high level of service awareness.
3.Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
4.Proficient in commonly used office software
