Key Responsibilities:
1.Respond to daily logistics needs of customers, answer inquiries, and promptly provide feedback on shipment delivery status.
2.Handle daily inquiries and customer complaints.
3.Organize and monitor timely and anomaly data at the customer level.
4.Handle after-sales claims.
5.Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, preferably with experience in overseas warehouse operations. Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.
2.Proficient in various office software, especially Excel.
3.Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, obedient to leadership arrangements, meticulous, and conscientious.
4.Good communication skills, customer service awareness, and strong teamwork spirit.
